Rajeev R Singh is an ex-IT employee who found out quite on time that the chaotic city life and 9 to 5 jobs are not his cup of tea. He left his job, bought a house on the hills (KHE) and decided it’s time to show others how to live a life.

A seasoned traveller, a motoring enthusiast, an adventure junkie and a complete people’s person, Rajeev loves to host guests who are in search of a quiet, peaceful and adventurous holiday and show them what they’ve been missing.  Insider Tip: His Roasted Chicken is a favourite amongst the guests!

Kotchula Hill Estate came into existence in October of 2017 when Rajeev, during his travels, saw this old Garhwali house sitting alone on top of a hill and immediately felt a connection to this place. Lush green forests around it, vast spaces for farming, trekking, camping and other fun activities and the warm Garhwali culture around it held him and made him stay.

 

Since then he has developed it slowly and steadily into a place where peace, quiet and nature-loving people can come and find a safe haven for their minds.  He currently resides there with his family.
